Introduction from Geography

Our Geography Department at The Corsham School is a vibrant hub of exploration and learning, where students embark on exciting journeys through diverse landscapes, cultures, and global challenges. 

At Corsham, we believe in making geography come alive. Our dynamic curriculum combines cutting-edge technology with hands-on fieldwork, encouraging students to investigate the world around them. From the bustling streets of global cities to the serene beauty of natural wonders, our course covers it all, fostering a deep understanding of both physical and human geography from the first day of year 7 to the last day of year 13. 

Our passionate and experienced teachers are dedicated to inspiring curiosity and critical thinking. They guide students through engaging lessons, interactive projects, and real-world case studies, ensuring a comprehensive and stimulating educational experience. 

Our vision is to encourage students to become sustainable citizens of the future, with Geography taking them beyond their lived experiences.
